Cordant People has an immediate opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Stirling based client. This is a part time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in an established and friendly team. The hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm however there can be some flexibility with the start and finish time. The credit control role has been moved from Head Office back to Branch where the duties will include: Ensuring customer invoices are paid in a timely manner and debtor days are minimised Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activity on the customer record database Handling disputed invoices and negotiating to bring payment within the agreed terms Providing accurate advice on customer invoice queries Responding promptly to both clients and colleagues Allocating credits to customer accounts Undertaking customer account reconciliations Carrying out related administration tasks, as required You will have a working knowledge of credit control and will be confident in carrying out all related tasks. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will understand the importance of working to targets and deadlines. This role is available immediately.
