Your new role
The Payroll Assistant will be responsible in supporting the Payroll Manager due to expansion within the payroll function. This new role offers a variety of duties such as end to end processing for approximately 300 employees made up of both weekly and monthly, preparing reports for holidays and sickness, calculating staff bonuses, processing SSP, SMP and SPP, rate increases, auto enrolment, uploading starters and leavers - all but to name a few. This is a full time opportunity, Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed with this specific opportunity candidates need to be highly computer literate and demonstrate the motivation to learn further payroll knowledge. Suitable individuals will have a good understanding of payroll and be experienced in processing payroll from start to finish. An excellent payroll understanding is also essential.

The salary will be negotiable depending on the experience. You will be offered a generous pension scheme, on site parking, 20 days paid annual leave plus an extra paid holiday day after each year of service (up to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
