A well known company, with a reputation for promotion from within, are recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will report into the Purchase Ledger Manager, responsible for accounts payable processing across a number of countries.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: responsible for inputting invoices for various entitles; matching invoices to purchase orders; obtaining invoice authorisation from senior management; processing pay cycles; daily reconciliation of main supplier invoices; dealing with direct supplier queries; general filing and scanning; assisting with the month end process as required.
The successful candidate:
- Have previous knowledge of working in Accounts Payable - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
