Your new company is a leading manufacturing and distributor with multiple site locations across the UK. The business forms part of a larger parent group.


Your new role

Your new role as finance manager will lead a team of 5 transactions focused staff who look after CC / AR / AP.
This position reports into the finance director who is based on a different site, so will assume overall site finance responsibility in south Wales.

The role will focus on these key areas ; -

• Monthly and yearly account management
• Group reporting
• Managing a high volume purchase ledger
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Credit control / leading the CC team
• Cash management skills

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will either be a qualified or QBE accountant. You will be a good communicator and team leader, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. You will need prior group reporting experience.

What you'll get in return

In return you will get a competitive salary between £38,000 - £43,000 dependant on experience. Along with competitive holidays and pension contributions.
