Selway Wheeler are partnering with an organisation in the motor trade that are searching for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join a growing team in their centralised finance function. This job will report into the department manager and Finance Manager and sit between management and the team and suit someone that is looking to progress into a supervisory position.
Responsibilities:
Centralised invoicing of BCA vehicles. Assist site based sales admin with vehicle queries. Manufacturer funding and reconciliations. Reviewing payments requests (finance settlements, vehicle purchases, cashbacks etc) for completeness and liaising with sites to resolve any queries effectively and efficiently. Allocation of payments within CDK Drive. Processing of refunds. Review and production of debtors - this will include liaising with sites to resolve any queries before distribution. Resolving internal queries professionally, quickly and efficiently. Keeping all filing up to date. To be considered for this vacancy you will have: Must have experience working in the Motor retail industry within Accounts or Sales admin Will have experience with Kerridge Good understanding of Excel Strong communicator, with the ability to communicate with Sale Managers and advise junior members of the department.
