This is a brand new position, one in which you will be required to establish many processes and methodologies in order to 'scale up' the provision to clients, within this fast growth organisation. Its a great time to join the business as you will be part of an entreprenurially led team, exploring new horizons and gaining significant growth and exposure within their sector. As this is a brand new role and whilst the business witholds a great deal of knowledge and data in house, there is still much to do. Hence, long term there is every chance of your being required to grow a team. Some international experience is certainly needed, but the attractive element of the role is the fact you can learn on the job, since the company will expose you to up to 90 countries. As this is a small business, it also means that this 'hands on' role will give you access to a wide range of high profile client contacts - right up to the most senior. It would be helpful to come from an accountancy practice background and you will also have a history of audit compliance, stock, company secretarial needs, employee bens as well a good understanding of the statutory reporting needed for the businesses clients. The role can be performed from home, it would be helpful for you to live somewhere along the M4 corridor Expectations: Be able to identify and anticipate customer issues Be a self starter whom can create many of the processes from scratch Evaluate and present to customers the impact, cost vs bens and possible solutions Capable of effectively communicating new agreed customer requirements to the team/business Communicate in an articulate, informed, persuasive fashion - you would clearly need to be able to give the customer complete confidence that you have the answers and can deliver as well as give the senior team that you have everything in hand with a project managers mindset. Create and champion new ways of working as well as create new processes to streamline the offering Know instinctively what questions to ask clients - hence the need for a good background in international compliance
