Finance Graduate Trainee
We are expanding our Finance Team by recruiting a Finance Graduate Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a fast-moving, private equity backed business with turnover of £50m. What’s more, we will support your journey to becoming a Management Accountant by fully funding your CIMA qualification.
Please note that we are looking for someone who can start between February- April 2019.
What will you be doing?
This is a wide-ranging role where you will learn all about financial systems and processes. We expect that within three years you will be a fully qualified Management Accountant (dependent upon successful completion of CIMA exams).
The role will report to the Finance Business Partner (Inspection), and you will be supporting the wider finance team. You will support with management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for British Engineering Services. You will use your fantastic eye for detail and your strong analytical skills to report on business performance. The scope of this role will grow over time as you develop your skills and experience.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to demonstrate:
- A drive and desire to work in finance e.g. though previous work experience or an internship in a finance department;
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills;
- Excellent attention to detail; and
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and to prioritise workloads.
