A modelling agency in Soho are currently recruiting for a Part Time Bookkeeper to join their team of 7. The business is owned by 2 passionate director who set everything up 12 years ago. The business has gone from strength to strength these past few years and now boast offerings to some of the most prestigious model in London.

Your new role
This role is a Part time Bookkeeping position for an experienced individual who is happy working circa 16- 20 hours per week. The client is very flexible with the days and times. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager and will be working on a sole charge basis.

Typical duties will involve:

• Accounts payable / receivable duties
• Monthly and quarterly VAT returns
• Dealing with profit and loss
• Dealing with cash flow
• Dealing with suppliers and client queries
• Essentially, taking the accounts up to trial balance
• Assisting with some ad hoc duties
• Credit control, which is only a small part of the role
  
  
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  You need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of the business as well as clients in relation to property queries. You need to have strong Bookkeeping experience and be able to take the accounts to trial balance. You need to be able to work effectively on your own accord and ideally have previous experience working in a sole charge position
  
  What you'll get in return
  You will be working in a beautiful and well developed office, you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience, Working hours are 09:30 - 5:30 (Flexible for this role). walking distance (10 minutes) from Oxford Circus Station.
