Finance Manager

Your new company
This International Real Estate group operates across the entire sector and with its diversified offering has successfully completed a variety of high profile projects. The company has a collaborative head office environment here in central London and looking to bring someone to take ownership over an important part of the business.

Your new role
Supporting the Group Financial Controller and senior management team, you will have a broad set of responsibilities to include the financial management across the range of service lines. You will prepare and comment on the management reports in addition to analysis of financial performance against forecast and budgets. Maintaining the Company's statutory accounts and managing the audit will give you additional reporting responsibilities, alongside appropriate Tax computations and filings when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a sound technical understanding from completing your ACA or ACCA accounting qualification and have had experience of management and statutory reporting. You will also have a strong analytical and modelling skill set to interpret financial data and the ability to present this to senior stakeholders, alongside a drive and ambition to take on responsibility in a successful and established organisation.
