Your new role
Reporting to the Head of FP&A and Business Partnering, you will provide key decision support and lead a small team of Finance Business Partners. This will include: Providing financial and commercial support to the Retail Operations Director, Divisional General Managers and field teams. Developing the relationship with these business areas in order to challenge performance, achieve targets and drive continuous improvement. Financial responsibility and reporting on all aspects of operations P&L's with drill down at store level. Ensuring high quality, consistent, actionable and value added insight and reporting is made available on a timely basis. Working closely with Financial Control team to enable timely and good quality monthly accounts reporting and detailed cost analysis. Responsibility for all key operations reporting and insight deep dives. Developing key competitor bench marking and local market insight.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with a commercial finance background and extensive business partnering experience. You will have strong communication skills and be highly IT literate. Experience in the Retail or FMCG sector would be an advantage. You will be available to start quickly and happy to commit to 6 months.
