Job Details
This role reports into the Head of Commercial Finance and involved improving reporting and operational partnering across the wider business. The right candidate will drive performance through efficiencies and financial planning as well as developing the customer care strategy.

The business is the largest manufacturer of electrical heating appliances, and hold significant global market positions in domestic appliances, cooling, ventilation, and renewable energy solutions.
Description
Financial Planning
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasting, with an aim to continuously improve models
- Co-ordinate and produce Customer Care budget, monthly forecast, quarterly forecast and 3 Year Plan
- Engage operations managers to ensure stability and integrity of budgets
KPIs and Analysis
- Review and report on Customer Care performance including commentaries
- Accurate and timely analyses in key performance indicators, financial and non-financial, that captures and communicates business results, variances, and performance trends in order to drive improvement
- Cost Centre Review meetings
Operational
- Develop and monitor cost reduction / revenue generating programs with the Customer Care team
- Provide financial input to and validation of key Customer Care projects
Other
- Support to SAP implementation to ensure separate Service system's integration with SAP is relevant and robust
- Ad hoc support for Commercial Finance team
Profile
The successful candidate will be:
-CIMA, ACA, ACCA qualified
-Previous experience of business partnering preferred but not required
-Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
-Experience of customer care/aftercare services would be beneficial
-Strong Excel skills
-Be highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills and be used to working at pace
-Full driving licence
