Finance Manager

We are delighted to be working with a fantastic employer in recruiting to the role of Finance Manager in their growing team in Cambridge. The organisation operates in a nice space in their market and is seen as a genuine leader and innovator in what they do.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Accountant or have up to 3 years Post Qualified Experience. The organisation works with an interesting and very flat structure and you will report directly into the Head of Finance, whilst also working daily with the CEO. This role will provide a rare and fascinating pathway to the role of Head of Finance in the future and will suit a dynamic and ambitious candidate keen to explore a new opportunity.

You will have a strong technical background with a flair for working with systems including, using Excel to an Advanced level. This role will allow you to develop your team leadership experience as you will line manage 3 staff as they advance towards their professional qualification.
