You will be working for a highly successful, long standing manufacturing company based in Stoke-on-Trent, this company has a reputation for their excellent customer service towards their customers and expect the right candidate to match their values.
Your new role
In your new role as a Purchase Ledger your roles and responsibilities will consist of:
- Raise purchase orders and dealing with queries
- Process invoices, reconcile delivery notes to invoices received and purchase invoices
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- File all paid invoices and related documents
- Any other admin duties when required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger, you will have a can do attitude and be keen to learn. The client is looking for a candidate who is pro active, has new ideas and want to develop their career within Finance.
What you'll get in return
This is a 12 month temporary contract covering maternity leave, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help progress their career in finance by gaining some vital experience. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8-5, with 30 minutes lunch, the salary is £16,000 and on site parking is available.
