Description

• Provide advice to both assignees and business leaders on expatriate policy and the associated issues

• Develop strong relationships within the business and HR

• Coordination of inbound and outbound assignments

• Become policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing as part of the team culture

• Participation at resourcing and recruitment events, increasing awareness of an international assignment as a career development opportunity

Profile

• A background in Global Mobility or relocation experience
• Living local to Watford
• Ideally a background in Legal/HR
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
