Job Details

On behalf of a business based in the centre of Reading I am recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team.

Client Details

My client is based close to the centre of Reading and offer on-site parking, they also manufacture a number of products into a wide range of exciting sectors.

Description

The successful applicant for this permanent role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Assisting with monthly management accounts
  • End to end Purchase Ledger
  • Balance sheet and reconciliations
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliations, daily banking's and cash flow.

Profile

To be considered for this role you must posses the following:

  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Studying AAT to at least level 3
  • Intermediate Excel skills including the ability to perform Vlookups and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
