This is a Finance Manager role within a FTSE listed, global infrastructure development and consultancy business. This is an exciting and fast paced projects role with great commercial exposure based in Central London.

This is the chance to join a multibillion turnover business with the opportunity to be a finance lead on one of the largest development projects in Europe. Sitting within the Commercial Finance team, this Finance Manager role offers great variety and commercial exposure within the role alongside the opportunity to grow and progress within a FTSE listed business.

Description

The Role

Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager this Finance Manager role will be varied and have a key project focus with the following responsibilities:

  • Provide financial advice and support across the project team
  • Oversee and update the Project Financial Model
  • Budgeting forecasting and monitoring liaising with Contracting Finance and Commercial Teams
  • Ensure contracts are in place and monitored for external and internal consultants
  • Monthly spend/forecast reviews with key stakeholders
  • Monthly reviews and dashboards
  • Flag financial risks/issues - variance analysis and commentary
  • Payroll and balance sheet reconciliations

    What's Needed

  • Qualified ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous project accounting background within client facing roles
  • Hands on Management and Financial Accounting exposure
  • Strong Excel Capabilities - SAP use also highly beneficial
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
