As a credit controller you will be joining a busy finance team where you will report into the credit manager. Your main objective will be to manage and maintain credit risks across all areas of the business while working towards reducing the l outstanding company debt.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to :-

• Being pro active in reducing outstanding debt via telephone
• Manage and maintain credit risk across all areas of the business
• Dealing with customer and internal queries ensuring payments are made on time
• Building internal and external relationships
• Supporting the sales ledger team when required
• Dealing with daily customer order approvals

The successful candidate will have the following experience

• Experience of credit control and ideally credit risk analysis - Essential
• Good analytical skills - Essential
• Pro active and positive attitude - Essential
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal - Essential
• Working towards credit management qualification - Desirable
• Account management and query resolution - Essential
• Ability to build long lasting relationships - Essential
• Experience of using Oracle - Essential

Job Offer

On offer for the successful candidate is an annual salary of £22,000 + pension + car parking + career progression
