In order to ensure their customers are paid quickly and efficiently, they're looking to add a Part Time Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable professional to their finance team. So, if you have proven purchase ledger skills and are looking to work 4 hours a day (Monday to Friday) and a salary of £10.40 per hour, together with great benefits appeals to you, get in touch. What's the Job? You'll be reporting to the Financial controller and be responsible for: Processing purchase invoices and credit notes (including coding and dealing with queries) Prepare and carry out payment run Reconcile aged creditors to balance sheet Month end reconciliations including supplier statements File all paperwork What experience do you need? You'll need a proven background within purchase ledger / accounts payable, you'll also need: Excellent eye for detail Strong IT skills Confident in learning new systems and processes Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build relationships What are the pay and benefits?
