Finance Assistant - Permanent Cardiff Part-Time (21 hours) £17,908 Pro-Rata
Your new company
Your new organisation are an established charitable organisation providing comprehensive services to the early years sector. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will provide support to the Finance Department in managing the organisations finances.
Your new role
Duties will include (but are not limited to) purchase ledger, sales ledger, processing payments for approval, process expenses claims, input pre-payments & accruals, maintain petty cash systems, process payroll payments as directed, payroll administration including updating starters and leavers on system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience of working within a finance function particularly with experience of purchase and sales ledger. You must hold or be working towards a relevant finance qualification (AAT or similar) level 3 or above. Previous Sage experience is essential.
What you'll get in return
In return for working 21 hours per week (3 days 9:30am until 5pm) you will receive a salary of £17,908 pro rata. 31 days annual leave (pro rata) to include bank holidays increasing with length of service. Company pension.
