Chief Financial Officer A Software Solutions start up company based in Old Street are looking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer to join their team on a permanent basis starting in 2019. The CFO will share full P&L accountability (with the CEO and COO) and will be responsible for the commercial success of the company. Duties: Financial Leadership: From a financial and resource allocation perspective, work closely with the C-team to translate HeadBox's business strategy into KPI-driven business plans. Commercial Insight and Analysis: Support and challenge the CEO and COO with insightful and impactful performance analysis, blending regular KPI reporting with one- time insights to support trials and new initiatives. Financial Control: Establish and maintain appropriate control systems to manage cash, balance sheet and commercial performance. Statutory Reporting & Compliance: Ensure company accounting records are maintained and submitted in accordance with UK and local laws for BB Group. Ensure HMRC submissions are completed. Investor Relations and Funding: Manage and develop external investor relationships. Communicate performance as appropriate. Seek new and innovative sources of funding as required by the business. People Leadership: Take overall responsibility for effective team building, individual development and incentivisation. Manage and develop all day-to-day HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate would be a strong analytical thinker with structured and metrics-oriented approach, have knowledge of Saas software and have Media/Creative industry experience.
