Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Chief Risk Officer to join our Webhelp UK Executive team. Due to our numerous locations across the UK, we are flexible to where this role is based, but travel both in the UK and internationally will be required. An excellent benefits package is available which includes a salary linked to your experience up to £140,000 plus bonus and car allowance. The Role Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Risk Officer for UK, South Africa and India will be responsible for the company's risk management agenda across the region, including overseeing the company's risk identification and mitigation activities as we grow our client portfolio. You'll drive the strategic risk plan across the organisation to ensure effective management and control that supports the delivery of the business plan, working with internal stakeholders, clients and external bodies to keep abreast of business and regulatory developments. As part of the Executive Board, you will work closely with your peers to effectively manage and control the business to meet its strategic plans. You will also coach and brief your fellow board members and other senior managers to carry out their responsibilities in relation to risk and compliance. Your Skills and Experience To be considered for the role, you must have extensive experience working within a highly regulated environment such as financial services. We would particularly like to hear from you if you have risk experience gained through a variety of commercial organisations during your working life. You may already be working as a Chief Risk Officer within the SMB environment or you may be a Consultant specialising in risk management. You will be educated with a relevant degree and hold the appropriate professional accreditations. Of course, you'll have the ability to influence, motivate and engage through clear and articulate verbal and written communication. You'll be an outstanding senior leader and have a proven track record developing and implementing risk frameworks within a commercial organisation. You'll problem solve quickly and create appropriate solutions. Finally, you will already have a strong working relationship with the FCA and your peers across the industry.
