A leading Investment Management service provider based in Liverpool City Centre is currently seeking a Personal Assistant / Secretary to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Charities this individual will be responsible for providing efficient and effective secretarial support thus contributing to an excellent client service and smooth operation within the team. You must have previous experience of working within a Financial Services environment and therefore have knowledge of Investments for example, financial markets, portfolio features and basic valuation principles. Key responsibilities for the Personal Assistant - Investment Management: Produce typed documents from audio tape or manuscript to a high standard of presentation and accuracy Provide administrative support so that client paperwork and electronic records/files are accurate, complete and accessible, ensuring client/data confidentiality at all times Preparation of client meeting packs Make arrangements with internal and external contacts, for meetings and other engagements including travel arrangements, ensuring time is allocated and coordinated efficiently Ensure that Outlook calendars are always up to date, and monitored regularly Quarterly: send portfolio valuations and type letters to clients. Maintain valuation despatch tick lists and ensure valuations are sent out promptly Use the account amendment system to make changes on in house systems Take telephone messages, dealing politely with caller enquiries and responding with appropriate action, where possible Provide support to other departmental secretaries and staff as required Essential Requirements are: Secretarial or Personal Assistant experience, ideally in a similar role in Financial Services, Investment or Wealth Management Industry Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths Prior knowledge of a Client Relationship Management system Audio-typing, at least 60 wpm Advanced use of Word, Intermediate use of Excel and PowerPoint Excellent command of English grammar If you have all of the above requirements for the Personal Assistant - Investment Management position, then please apply now using the link below.
