Temporary Accounts Assistant needed for a medium sized business with excellent transport links on a three month contract. Reporting directly to the FD you will provide assistance in accounting matters including: Billing - raising all sales invoices for customers Bank reconciliation General Accounts Administration Some Reception cover This Accounts Assistant position will suit a candidate who can demonstrate experience in a smaller team where you have undertaken varied accounts administration tasks. In particular you can demonstrate working knowledge of the Billing process as well as reconciliation work and purchase ledger. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential. This role is being offered on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be immediately available of on a short notice period.
