ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / PURCHASE LEDGER SPECIALIST 6 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT - longer term opportunities likely - Immediate start available Highly successful international organisation seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist/Assistant to join a growing team within a fast moving environment. Experience and knowledge required;
• Processing, coding and matching of supplier and subcontractor invoices.
• Check, process and pay employee expense claims.
• Prepare and process payment runs on a weekly/monthly basis or as required
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Updating EXCEL spreadsheets and internal systems for Month end
• Query resolution.
• Develop strong relationships within the organization.
• Maintaining current purchase orders and returns
• Control and process multi-currency petty cash.
• Assist with other tasks within the finance department. Previous Accounts Payable experience ESSENTIAL with knowledge of ERP systems advantageous. You will work within an excellent team environment and your duties will include all aspects of accounts payable you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas and play a role in a range of projects.
