Titan has a reputation as a Quality focussed manufacturer of engineered components and solutions for the High Performance Automotive and Motorsport industries. To maintain our growth Titan needs extra resources and staff who will thrive with the challenges and opportunities ahead. We are currently searching for a Compliance Manager who can demonstrate experience in a similar environment and who has been part of a team that has implemented and maintained IATF 16949 or ISO 14001. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies by conducting audits as and when necessary. Titan are already working towards IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 but it will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to ensure these are achieved and delivered on time. Titan will also be applying the principles of ISO 26262 which will enable us to develop our business further in the automotive industry. It is therefore essential that you understand the requirements of this standard and can demonstrate how you would lead the team to achieve this objective. Health and Safety is a key fundamental that underpins our business and it will therefore be part of your remit to ensure that all Health and Safety policies are up to date and managed throughout the business. As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will be responsible for delivering top level updates as well as the detail of any issues to the Directors and other SMT members. The successful candidate must be or have: Been involved in a compliance role in an OEM or Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier Experience in a precision engineering environment and understand electronics and software as an enabler of systems. In depth knowledge of the automotive industry standards and regulations Have experience of reporting procedures and record keeping Possess an analytical mind, and be able to see the complexities of procedures and regulations Excellent communication skills Management experience of diverse teams Audit experience and Lead Auditor trained would be an advantage We offer a comprehensive benefits package along with a competitive salary, 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays), a vibrant Social Club and a positive working culture.
