My client is currently looking for a Part Time SAGE Finance Administrator to work in their office in a position that will start off temporary and then become permanent for the right candidate. The position is for 2.5 days per week which can be alternated for 2 days one week and three days the next week. The position is a 9 - 5 job role based in a gorgeous rural setting which means that you will need to drive to be able to apply for the position.
Your new role
The position is to assist the Head of Finance with the following duties:
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Petty Cash - record and reconcile petty cash
Reconcile house petty cash and post onto SAGE
Purchase Ledger - posting invoices/payments onto SAGE
Sales Leger - posting invoices and receipts onto SAGE
Collate and check timesheets
Process Payroll (desirable)
Assist the Finance Manager with monthly management accounts and year end
