Interim Senior Financial Analyst
Manage the reporting and tracking against strategic and annual plans ensuring issues are tackled as they arise and report in an engaging manner for colleagues, contractors and other key stakeholders

- Design and deliver a real time KPI suite which supports improved performance against key financial, operational and strategic targets and provides assurance to key stakeholders such as the Executive and Board regarding statutory compliance obligation.
- Design and support the Head of Property Risk and Reporting to embed a monthly operating cycle and develop operating rhythm aligned to the statutory, financial and operational reporting needs of key internal and external stakeholders in relation to compliance activities
- Engage effectively with the Head of Technical Services, Head of Property Risk and Reporting, Head of Fire Safety, Energy and Sustainability Manager and other senior business partners to improve delivery of compliance and technical services against key financial, operational and strategic targets
- Support the Head of Property Risk and Reporting to ensure all property systems are kept up to date and reporting accurately reflects the compliance position across the organisation
Qualified or QBE accountant with a strong commercial background and highly developed analytical skills. You will have a pragmatic approach, excellent stakeholder management ability and be available at short notice.
£275-£300p/d either on a pure interim or temp to perm basis
