Finance Officer Job in Perthshire, Salary up to £28,000 + 40 days annual leave and excellent pension

My exclusive client based on the outskirts of Perth are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join their small and busy team. Salary is £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience + 40 days annual leave and highly competitive pension.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for completing month and year end procedures and reconciliations. You will post journals to the ledger, deal with purchase ledger, complete bank reconciliations and assist with setting budgets. You will be in charge of all banking including processing direct debits, purchase ledger payments, weekly visits to bank, petty cash and cheques. You will assist in completion of year end accounts and complete monthly payroll.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Finance Officer who is ideally part qualified, however qualified by experience will also be considered. You will have experience in assisting with month and year end procedures, bank reconciliations and ideally payroll. You will have excellent I.T skills and attention to detail and you will be able to work in a busy and demanding role. You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have an ability to work to your own initiative.
