The role is reporting in to the office Manager.
The duties include:
Petty Cash & Expenses
Assisting with paperwork and general administrative task
Assisting in processing purchase ledger invoices
General scanning and filling
Assisting in payroll
Dealing with general queries
Ad hoc covering reception
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar type role - Essential
- Be studying AAT - desirable
- Have intermediate MS Excel skills - Essential
- Have a strong attention to detail and be highly organised - Essential
This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
