A well established company, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting a Credit Control Clerk to join their team.
As a Credit Control Clerk, you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for providing a Credit Control service to the market, maintaining outstanding revenue levels and customer relationships.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: maintain the accounts receivable ledger; manage credit allowances; respond to and resolve all queries; manage outstanding debt with a series of customers; preparation of credit analysis information.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Credit Control position - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel, SAP - Highly Beneficial
