Your new job as an Accounts Assistant would be working for a retail organisation based in South Cambridgeshire. This is a temporary opportunity until December 2018 with the potential to go permanent.
Your new role
In your new role you would largely be required to assist with sales and accounts by generating delivery notes from sales orders received from our customers, sending these DNs to our warehouses and then chasing PODs for the deliveries, so sales invoices can be raised. Other aspects might include updating purchase order logs and chasing suppliers to book in deliveries. All of this would be overseen by my colleagues in the Sales Operations Department. They would also be required to help match volumes and costs on supplier invoices to receipts/purchase orders.

You will have good attention to detail and be strong with numbers. You must be able to work in fast paced and busy environment.
