You will be working for a growing company with a large project on the horizon based in Leek. This company always look to give the best service to their customers and has over 40 years of experience in the food manufacturing market.
Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting into the Costing Manager, completing roles such as:
- Month End Reporting
- Review Costing
- Updating love Sales & Purchase prices
- Liaising with suppliers and other departments
- Investigating and Resolving supplier price queries
- Amending and updating Existing products and Recipes on System
- Setting up new products on System, meeting critical path dates when doing so
- Checking cost sheets
- Covering reception in receptionists absence
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role you will need some experience as a costing assistant and have a 'can do' attitude, you will need to be comfortable reviewing the costing, dealing with Month end reports and have knowledge of using Microsoft Excel, being able to complete spreadsheets.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual salary of £21,000, working 37.5 hours a week, 9:00-17:30 Monday - Friday.
This is a temporary role, but the client has stated it will run till March 2019.
