Your new role
In your new role you will work as part of the team, leading on site audit teams, effectively providing a hands on compliance and/or advisory role that exceeds client expectations. You'll prepare or review work papers and drafts of the financial statements as well as allocating work to other members of the audit team, ensuring associates understand their responsibilities and have received excellent on-the-job coaching preparing or reviewing work papers and drafts of the financial statements. Finally you will oversee all aspects of audit fieldwork and completion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a newly Qualified ACA/ICAS/ACCA with previous experience of working in an audit role in Practice. You will have experience supervising and coaching junior members of staff on site and will have led a number of audits. You will have working knowledge of International Auditing Standards (IAS), IFRS, UK GAAP and be able to demonstrate knowledge of current economic and market trends. Finally, although not essential, previous experience of public sector clients (Local Government, NHS, Central Government, Charities) is desirable.
