Temporary Accounts Assistant role in Richmond paying between £11ph and £14ph

An exciting opportunity to work for a creative company has arisen within their finance department. This well established company are renowned for their luxury brands and work with leader distributors in the industry. They are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.
Your new role
This role will involve start to end processes of the purchase ledger inputting and coding purchase invoices, carrying out supplier statement reconciliation, payment runs (BACS, CHAPS) and processing expenses. In addition this role will entail processing credit card, reconciliation, raising sales invoices, cash allocation, bank reconciliations, credit control and petty cash and banking.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role candidates will need to have minimum 1 year to 18 months experience in an Accounts Assistant role. Candidates will need a solid understanding of basic accounting principles including managing the accounts payable and account receivable ledgers as well as month end processes. All applicants must have strong Excel skills. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and on their own initiative . They are seeking a dynamic and flexible candidate who is already studying or interested in studying finance qualification. It is essential candidates have strong communication skills and a motivated and proactive attitude towards work.
