Job Description:

  • The role within the EMEA Total Rewards team, reporting to VP Total Rewards based in Poland.
  • Leading the provision of compensation and benefits advice and support for Poland and/ or Germany.
  • Support annual pay cycles, bonus awards and other incentive plans for assigned countries.
  • Lead interface with HR business partners and HR Centres of Expertise on behalf of the Total Rewards team for assigned countries.
  • Management of day-to-day compensation matters, for example approval of compensation offers for new hires.
  • Lead the annual compensation benchmarking surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis of results for Poland and/ or Germany.
  • Identify inefficiencies in work processes and proactively provide recommendations for corrective action
  • Potential to provide support on regional projects

Qualifications:

Skills required:

  • Several years of related work experience, preferably in financial institution
  • Strong team player
  • Strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management
  • Flexible, “can do” attitude
  • Proactive, expected to put forward ideas/suggestions to improve policies, processes and procedures
  • Strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management

  • Working knowledge of Excel, PeopleSoft
  • Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus
