  • Partnering with the marketing team in the development and testing of the marketing calendar: providing forecasts and post-promotional analysis on marketing campaigns, analyzing new product development and marketing tests. This includes assessing the effectiveness of media spend (budget c.£25m)

  • Inputting into the weekly sales review and key decision making forums attended by both our management teams (CEO, CMO, CFO) and those of our Franchisees.

  • Supporting the Sales & Marketing Finance Manager in preparing the quarterly sales forecast

  • Partner with the Digital teams to analyse our ecommerce performance and support the prioritization of our digital roadmap and supporting business cases

  • Ad hoc projects as required, including profit studies, breakeven & sensitivity analysis

    Strong academics, degree level (2:1), qualified accountant

    Highly analytical

    Strong influencing & presentation skills

    FMCG/retail marketing finance experience (preferable)

    The ability to question and challenge current ideas & processes in a constructive way

    Excellent Microsoft Excel modeling experience essential

    Strong team player with a high customer ethic

    Knowledge of Microstrategy BI tools an advantage
