Commercial Finance Analyst
Partnering with the marketing team in the development and testing of the marketing calendar: providing forecasts and post-promotional analysis on marketing campaigns, analyzing new product development and marketing tests. This includes assessing the effectiveness of media spend (budget c.£25m)
Inputting into the weekly sales review and key decision making forums attended by both our management teams (CEO, CMO, CFO) and those of our Franchisees.
Supporting the Sales & Marketing Finance Manager in preparing the quarterly sales forecast
Partner with the Digital teams to analyse our ecommerce performance and support the prioritization of our digital roadmap and supporting business cases
Ad hoc projects as required, including profit studies, breakeven & sensitivity analysis
Strong academics, degree level (2:1), qualified accountant
Strong influencing & presentation skills
FMCG/retail marketing finance experience (preferable)
The ability to question and challenge current ideas & processes in a constructive way
Excellent Microsoft Excel modeling experience essential
Strong team player with a high customer ethic
Knowledge of Microstrategy BI tools an advantage
