On behalf of a business based in Reading I am recruiting for a new accounts assistant to join their long standing finance team.
My client is an emerging business to secure new talent in order to add to their finance team in line with business growth.
This permanent role will involve:
- Processing accounts payable invoices
- Generating and issuing accounts receivable invoices
- Accounts receivable
- Weekly reconciliation of UK bank accounts
- Preparing monthly payroll file to submit to payroll consultant
- Preparing monthly accounts payable bank payment runs
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in an all round finance position
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Sage experience is desirable
- Intermediate excel skills
