Hays Accountancy and Finance are currently recruiting for a successful hospitality company that is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join them on permanent basis.
Your new role
Within this role you will be supervising a small Purchase Ledger Team ensuring that group policies are adhered to and that deadlines are met. You will monitor the workload of the team and run team meetings. You will lead the training and development of new and existing staff.
Duties will also include monitoring accounts, preparing and analysing the BACs runs and undertaking any internal audits on purchase ledger as required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need previous Purchase Ledger experience. Experience managing staff would be beneficial. You will need strong communication skills.
