You will be working for a large specialist financial services company that supplies services across the UK. To maintain adherence to increasing industry compliance, this permanent CASS Analyst job vacancy has been created to make sure all processes and transactions are managed effectively to environmental standards.
Your new role
Your new role will involve largely working within a large team supporting new methods of risk management. Through reporting to the CASS Manager, you will be required to monitor policies and procedures to make sure failures are mitigated to maintain operational effectiveness and create developmental plans. You will be required help control all cash and stock variations to protect client money through CMAR and resolution pack. You will be maintaining and building relationships with contacts through controlling risk principles.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to provide evidence to show knowledge of client reconciliation of money and assets and have knowledge of CASS requirements to implement successfully into policies and practises. You must have a high level of attention to detail to accurately create reports of all processes and risks.
You will need a broad knowledge of life products and financial services and be able to influence E2E work flow. To succeed you need Systems Thinking methodology and also the risk framework of the UKL and integrate this into organisational governance to manage risk.
