Your new role
In your new role you will be processing payrolls and developing technical knowledge and experience, to running Payroll projects and leading implementations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have ideally worked in a bureau environment or where you will have experience with managing multiple complex types of payroll. You will have a wide range of clients that you will be assisting with their payroll.
