Accounts Assistant job in Woking £25,000 - £30,000

You will be joining an SME business that is seeing year on year growth based in central Woking.
Your new role
Reporting into the company Accountant, you will fully oversee the Purchase Ledger function. Daily duties will include processing invoices, nominal coding, reconciliations and posting cheques, credit notes and credit card payments. You will be required to follow up unpaid invoices whilst also managing invoices internally. You will be required to produce Intrastat and EC sales reports for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous expereince working for an SME business (Ideally Manufacturing) within a busy accounts department. You will have previous experience in inter-company accounts, multi-currency and nominal coding. AAT qualification would be desirable.
