Robert Half Finance & Accounting are working in partnership with an established and growing organisation to recruit an ambitious and talented Accounts Assistant / Finance Graduate / Finance Assistant who is keen to carve a career within Finance & Accounting and gain accounting qualifications.

Role

Based at the Head Office in Kettering you will report directly to the Finance Manager and assist in every aspect of the finance function including, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

Profile

This role will suit a bright and personable individual who is keen on securing professional qualifications. The Accounts Assistant / Finance Graduate / Finance Assistant will earn between £16,000 - £22,000 plus study support, an excellent mentor and terrific benefits.

The successful candidate will be driven, inquisitive and ideally have c6 months working experience. My client is seeking a self-starter who is resourceful and capable of working to strict deadlines. They will also be a logical and of an analytical nature who is comfortable working within a team environment.

Finally you will be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills who can demonstrate the capacity to interact with a diverse set of people.
