This large manufacturing organisation is looking for an accounts payable assistant in the Lancaster area
Your new company
Your new company is a large manufacturing organisation in the Lancaster area who have offices all over the world.
Your new role
Your new role as an accounts payable assistant is to work in the finance team, your new role will including posting invoices onto the system, matching and processing invoices, you will work in multi currencies alongside team across the world, you will reconcile supplier statements, the purchase ledger statements, you will also assist with any analysis and investigation work, you will have regular communication with colleagues in other countries.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have excellent communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, good knowledge of Microsoft packages, previous experience on an ERP system, strong organisational and time management skills. You will need to have previous experience in problem solving and data analysis.
