Our client is an international asset management house. They focus on providing clients with global investment solutions that meet the demands and challenges of sophisticated and complex investment and economic circumstances. With steady growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join their team.

As part of the strategy function and partner with senior management across the region to deliver on important business strategies, growth and development plans, and performance objectives. Lead strategic initiatives and drive business case that may include market entry, JV partnership, M&A, distribution, among others that lead to profitable growth across the region. Provide market and competitive research and intelligence to senior management to drive decision making. Support senior management on country oversight and monitoring.

To qualify, you will be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience. Prior experience working within a strategy or management consulting firm, corporate development group and/or private equity firm, with a strong focus on asset and wealth management sectors. Familiar with the Asian landscape and experiences in financial industry ie. wealth management / insurance / asset management (institutional and retail). Knowledge of valuation, capital markets, and corporate finance issues related to M&A transactions, with extensive experience conducting strategic fit analysis. Strong quantitative skills, particularly designing complex models. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must.
