Join a growing services business on the lower North Shore in a newly created Finance Manager role

Your new company
A rapidly growing services business located close to public transport on the Lower North Shore, this company are dedicated to providing the highest quality service to their customer base both here and overseas. Already operating across a number of countries in the Asia Pacific region, they still have aggressive growth plans in place.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will see you managing a team of 5 staff within Finance while also managing the financial and reporting responsibilities for the Australian business. The technical responsibilities include:

  • preparing month end accounting for all entities including all reconciliations
  • management of the fixed asset register
  • monthly financial accounts, including variance analysis
  • monthly management pack
  • assisting with year end audit
  • preparation of all tax returns


What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA qualified you will have at least three years experience in a similar role with the ability to take ownership over the financial accounting for a growing business. You will have a proven ability to manage a small team and will be able to demonstrate your management style at interview. The ideal candidate will come from a small-medium sized business, with a hands-on approach to their work and the willingness to assist the team to ensure deadlines are met.
