Job Description

Project SAIL is a strategic multi-year programme to implement an Oracle automated AML monitoring system (FCCM). Oracle FCCM is an industry standard, proven, configurable and scalable system that will ensure that the bank can implement the automated transaction and customer monitoring required to meet the AML policy and increasing regulatory expectations. The project will cover all customers, geographies, transactions and products within SCB over 3+ years.

This role will be support the successful delivery of the Project SAIL Data Sourcing project through ensuring that all relevant standards are met, key risks are identified and robust, documented controls are in place.

Additionally the role will help develop Project SAIL end-to-end data controls ensuring compliance with the Operational Risk Framework and industry leading best practice.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Governance
  • Develop and maintain the required project governance for SAIL.
  • Implement governance standards across the programme, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of Country Implementation deliverables.
Project/Change Management
  • Develop and maintain key project management tools such as project schedules, risks and issues registers, dependency mapping.
  • Identify and assess project interdependencies (dependency type, profile, specifications and timelines) to determine the critical path and control standards.
  • Prepare status reporting as required for stakeholder requirements.
  • Ensure all project documentation is managed and stored within the program governance standards
  • Support technology and process change working with FCC team and supporting functions.

  • Identify and resolve project plan execution (work activities, timeline) risks.
  • Provide project management support.
  • Implement change management tools/frameworks (stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis, change impact assessment).
  • Implement projects in response to changes to policies/procedures.
  • Identify and actively engage with various key stakeholders to ensure the success of the project/program.
Regulatory & Business conduct
