Permanent + Full Time
£18.5-20.5K depending on experience

My client is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis in their Swansea Head Office.

You will be working with and supporting the Finance Director in the processing of financial duties and the preparation of management information such as KPI's and reports, ensuring the smooth running of the finance function
Your duties will include; bank reconciliations, processing purchase ledger invoices & paying suppliers promptly, raising sales ledger invoices and recording receipts, credit control, monitoring and processing of Petty Cash and the processing of payroll.

You will need a strong background in Finance and exposure to computerised accounting and payroll systems.......Quickbooks and Sage in particular. It is essential that you have good payroll knowledge and are compliant with all RTI and Auto-enrolment regulations. This job would be ideal for an AAT or ACCA studier.
