Robert Half are working with a prestigious business based in Bristol to help recruit a financial analyst into one of the niche finance teams within the business. The role would suit someone with strong process or financial accounting/month end experience that is looking to take on a more commercial role and further develop their career and grow their experience.
The role has a wide scope with some month end duty and cost focus, but also some high level business partnering, working with budget holders to help explain variances and work to close gaps and keep key people accountable for their numbers. The role will work across multiple functions outside of finance including sales, marketing and HR and will look into attrition rates, headcount and other vital areas for the business.

- Actual Financials and KPIs
- Rolling forecasts
- Month End Account Preparation including accruals & prepayments
- Year End cost expectations
- Provision of high quality information to support management of costs to target
- Drive the provision of full and accurate financial information, support, guidance, insight and challenge to wider business and business partners.
You will be a qualified, or soon to be qualified accountant with strong analysis skills, but also a good understanding of technical accounting. You will have a hunger for improving the P&L and dealing with non finance stakeholders to explain sometimes complicated finance data.

Salary & Benefits
£37-44k (depending on experience) plus package
