Primary Objectives:

TSU's mission is to ensure all trades and events on the Front office position are correctly reflected in the relevant IT system / database in order mainly :

  • For the OPER chain to be able to ensure a smooth settlement for all operations
  • For Front Office to have a clear and honest vision of their position and risk
  • For FIND to be able to compute / produce economic and accounting Profit and Loss in due time

As 1st link in the OPER chain, TSU is also the 1st level of control of the business.


Major Accountabilities / Principal Responsibilities:


  • Product Scope: Vanilla Equity Derivative products
  • Ensure all the bookings are properly booked in FO database
  • Control of the coherence of inputs with FO tickets and / or Term sheets
  • Handle product life cycle events on trading position such as maturities, corporate actions or other events
  • Improve / control quality of database inputs
  • Assist FO on their specific requests
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the smoothness of the operational flow
  • Improvement, automatization and implementation of MO processes
  • Assist and test the release of new information systems


Key Skill Areas & Knowledge Required:

  • Good equity derivative products Knowledge
  • Previous experience in trade support of Equity Derivatives business is required

  • Excellent communication skills, required to interface with various internal partners (Traders, Engineers, Sales, other Middle Offices, Product Control teams, Back Offices, IT) and in different countries (Asia, Europe, America)
  • English compulsory
