1. Participate in the implementation of new business initiatives that have system development / enhancement needs with focus on supporting User Acceptance Test

2. Ensure smooth system delivery through close collaboration with both business and technology units.

3. * Support senoir management in leading UAT for approved Group / Country project, representing Retail Banking HK.

4. Manage UAT resource capacity planning and utilization for assigned projects.

5. Alert stakeholders about the needs of business process realignment in accordance with new system flow.

6. Manage stakeholders' expectation.

7. Maintain UAT execution and management standard to ensure quality delivery.

9. Develop teammates through project engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong knowledge and experience of retail banking products in particular credit card, personal loan, digital banking and payment services.
  • Experience of project quality assurance in particular UAT, for test plan, scenarios and cases preparation and execution.
  • Experience in retail banking operations, system change development/project management, product managements or call centre is preferred
  • Major liaison between business, operations and IT for test strategy and system change defects resolutions.
  • Bachelor degree or higher preferred
  • Knowledge and working experience in software development and project management is preferred but not a must
  • Experience of working with technical vendors preferred
